We are the second year class of computer graphics, we are Wild Factory. A single team, 3 work groups: assemblers, stagehands, storemen work together in order to arrange the Fuorisalone exhibition.

Assemblers

Our first task in the factory was to develop the project logo: through font, color and dimension trials we finalized Wild Factory identity.

Then our wild spirit generated the pattern: natural elements, work tools, factory products rhythmically scan the graphics. On top of the illustrations included in the site, we created all the ancillary material for the exhibition: posters, cards and leaflets.

I social media Wild Factory (Facebook ed Instagram) sono stati l’altra parte di progetto gestita dal gruppo: dopo aver programmato il palinsesto delle pubblicazioni, abbiamo creato i contenuti da postare di settimana in settimana, dalle GIF animate alle foto di backstage, dai video di work in progress agli aggiornamenti in tempo reale.

Stagehands

The finished product of our group is the website, the container of all project stages. Once established Wild Factory founding characteristics, we defined the layout of the different pages. With the support of second year web design students we implemented buttons, titles and all other active elements of the site following the most functional and attractive graphics.

Starting from information gathered through interviews to students and teachers we looked after texts definition. We also realised portraits of all 65 wild workers, visible hereunder, in order to let viewers to know the faces of all participants.

Storeman

Every little detail of a visitor experience in the Wild Factory warehouse was planned by our group. Starting from a small scale map of the exhibition area, we studied the disposition of elements and the relative lighting.
In order to guarantee visibility to each wild worker contribution, we distributed interest zones along the path and foreseen different points of contact between the classes and the spectator.
Starting from the graphics produced by the Assemblers group, we defined info posters accompanying the finished products: the pattern, the fonts and colors told once again what Wild Factory is about, who are its workers and why they created wild works in occasion of the Fuorisalone.
